For the restaurant design, they opt for  the exterior side to be covered with glass walls where customers can enjoy watching the busy life of KL stroll by.As for the  textures & colors of the interior,  a soft soothing shades of cream & beige with wooden floor. There are also numerous black wire chandeliers suspended at the high ceiling which gives a soft shimmering glow effect.

The menu consists of a combination of Lebanese wraps, healthy sandwiches, chawarms, salads & Manakeesh (Lebanese pizzas). Also, the restaurant can accommodate up to 80 persons and has both indoor and alfresco dining for different dining experience.

Beside the attractive lunch combos & dinner, Al-Amar Express is also open for breakfast & serves a variety of Lebanese pastries & the prices starts from RM8-RM25 per dish. Their dessert is too die for as well. Tips, you have to try their dessert when you’re there.

The show is none other than ‘Chalk and Cheese’ which is a 12 episode series premiering February 20^th every Monday night at 9pm on prime time, on the Asian Food Channel. Her partner in crime on the show is none other than Cheft Tommes, an award winning German chef who is also the owner of ‘That Little Wine Bar’ based in Penang, Malaysia.
